The Mortgage Process

- Loan Estimate and Moving Forward: Once the application is complete, we will provide you with a Loan Estimate. This will include important details such as your monthly payment, interest rate, and associated fees. We will then work together to meet any conditions that need to be met in order to finalize the loan.
- Loan Processing: As we work through the conditions of the loan, we will also be working behind the scenes with other parties to ensure that your loan gets to the closing table as soon as possible.

- Closing: At the closing, you will sign all of the necessary paperwork, bring your part of the closing costs, and officially become a homeowner!
