Our team of industrial platform veterans with complementary skill sets allows for streamlined and effective leadership. Our team members have deep transactional history with legal, financial, and entrepreneurial backgrounds.

GCP is a fully integrated operator and manager of industrial properties. This operating platform structure enables us to proactively focus on maximizing cash flow through active asset management. Our experienced team consists of professionals with expertise in acquisitions, development, property and asset management, fund management, legal, financial, accounting, due diligence, construction management, and lease administration.

GCP consistently develops strong industry relationships with tenants, agents, investors, lenders, and corporate/institutional owners of real estate. These relationships allow us to source off-market investment opportunities that offer above-market returns.
