The apartments in Sterling Park offer a tranquil ambiance, away from the hustle and bustle of the city. The property features a pleasant landscape with trees and expansive lawns, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere.
Maintenance and Technical Issues
However, many residents have experienced issues with the maintenance and technical aspects of the property. Several residents have reported leaks, mold, and pest control problems. One resident even experienced a water leak on New Year's Day, which was not properly addressed. The same resident has had to deal with pest control issues and has had to complain to the office multiple times.
Staff Behavior
Some residents have expressed frustration with the staff's behavior, citing biased treatment, reluctance to address inquiries, and poor communication. One resident even reported being treated rudely by an office staff member.
Bills and Charges
Resident Ed Hasn experienced billing discrepancies and was charged for extra utilities and cleaning services. He was also charged for staying in the apartment longer than expected, despite providing notice. The office staff member, Dolores, was uncooperative and rude during his interactions.
