Goodsitt Financial Group

Goodsitt Financial Group is a full-service mortgage brokerage that provides loans for new home purchases, refinancing, and home equity lines of credit, as well as construction and commercial financing. Our corporate ethic, ICE (Integrity, Commitment, Education), is the foundation of everything we do. It is our mission to find a loan program that matches our clients' specific needs and goals while applying our ICE ethic throughout the entire process. This ensures that we are able to achieve the best financing options for every GFG client at the most competitive price.

Mr. Goodsitt is the founder and owner of Goodsitt Commercial Group. His extensive experience at the senior management level for several major real estate firms has been instrumental in GCG's success. Throughout his career, Mr. Goodsitt has held various leadership positions, including President of Federal Securities Mortgage Company, Western Vice President of Integrated Resources, Vice President of Management for Arthur Rubloff & Company, Senior Vice President for the McNeil Organization, and Vice President of Sierra Capital.

Josh Arnold, CEO, Broker (Goodsitt Financial Group), Senior Vice President (Goodsitt Commercial Group)

Josh is the CEO and Broker for Goodsitt Financial Group and also serves as Senior Vice President at Goodsitt Commercial Group. He has gained his knowledge in the mortgage industry through years of working on his own personal real estate investments and realized the benefits of incorporating a financing solution into Goodsitt Group's suite of services. The relationships Josh has developed over the years through his extensive background in the real estate industry have been invaluable to our clients.
