Our apartment homes are designed to feel like a home, with expansive 9-foot ceiling heights, large walk-in closets, and open kitchens with counter seating. And with in-suite washer and dryers, you'll have all the comforts of home at your fingertips.
Pet-Friendly
We welcome pets at Woodgate Farms, with a maximum of two pets per apartment home, not to exceed 75lbs total. Breed restrictions apply, and a pet interview is required prior to move-in. Residents must sign a pet addendum and pay a $200 deposit (refundable) and $200 pet fee (non-refundable) per pet, along with an additional pet rent of $20/month per pet.

We offer multiple parking options, including free surface parking and assigned garages available for an additional fee.
