Rental Information
If you're interested in renting an apartment at the Port Washington Apartments, please note the following:
- Rental rates: From $1,250 to $1,800 per month, depending on the unit
- Refundable security deposits: Equal to one month's rent
- Non-refundable deposits: $250
- Lease terms: 1 year
- Utilities: Tenant is responsible for paying their own electricity bill to PSE directly. Other utilities may be included in the rent or switched to a RUBS (ratio utility billing system) in the future.
Qualifying to Rent
To be accepted as a resident at the Port Washington Apartments, all applicants must meet certain guidelines. These include:
- Identification: Government-issued ID (driver's license, passport, or military ID)
- Rental history: Good prior property manager references
- Credit history: Good credit history showing ability to pay bills on time
