With over 20 years of experience in the real estate industry, Marlene has earned numerous designations, including Accredited Buyer Representative, Graduate Realtor Institute, and Accredited Staging Professional. She is well-versed in both real estate sales and property management, and is uniquely qualified to help homeowners decide whether to sell or rent their property.
Eileen Buhl, our broker and property manager, has over 12 years of experience in the real estate industry. She is dedicated to providing excellent service and going the extra mile to ensure her clients' needs are met. Stan Kovar, our broker, brings a strong background in education and experience to the table, with a Bachelor of Science in Engineering and a Master's Degree in Business. He also owns and manages his own rental properties, giving him valuable insight into the property management process.
