We believe that if an apartment or house is not good enough for our own children to live in, it is not good enough for any student. Our Properties

Our properties feature new cabinets, ceramic tile floors or LVT in kitchen and baths, new refrigerators, built-in microwaves, dishwashers, and free washer-dryers. Most of our apartments and houses come equipped with new insulated windows and A/C units, providing great comfort and energy savings. Our rent includes Gas, Electric, and Water/Sewer utilities, making it easy and convenient for our tenants to budget their expenses.

Safety and Security

At OSU Properties, we prioritize the safety and security of our tenants. No smoking is allowed inside our properties, and we prohibit candles and other open flames due to fire safety concerns. We also provide fire extinguishers, smoke and carbon monoxide detectors, and exterior electronic keypad locks for added security. Our maintenance crew is well-trained and responsive to any maintenance requests, with a guarantee to address non-emergency requests within 24 hours.

Tenant Services

We understand the importance of convenience and ease of payment. That is why we offer online payment options, including e-checks and credit/debit cards, with a small convenience fee. We also do not require prepayment of last month's rent and offer flexible payment plans.
