German Services, Inc., a licensed and insured property management company, founded in 1993 in the state of Florida. Linda, the founder, is a licensed Real Estate Broker; Certified Residential Specialist (CRS), graduate of the Realtor Institute (GRI), Certified International Property Specialist (CIPS), Certified New Home Specialist, Resort & Second Home Specialist, Community Association Manager (CAM) as well as a Personal Property Manager, Notary Public in Florida and speaks German fluently. A resident of Briarwood in Naples for many years, Linda is an expert in South West Florida Properties, with specialties including; Luxury Beach Front Properties, Family Homes, Condominiums, Retirement Properties, Land, Vacation Homes, Custom and New Development Home Sales. Linda is an avid outdoor enthusiast; loves pets and enjoys biking and hiking.

Our Services

At German Services, Inc., we provide complete personal and real estate management for private residences as well as commercial properties in Naples, Bonita Springs, and Marco Island. We offer a comprehensive range of services that cater to all your property needs. Our services include:

• Personal and complete property management
• Inspect and watch your property
• Disburse payments for all bills
• Oversee lawn and pool service
• Prepare your property for your arrival and close after your departure (purchase groceries, have your car or boat, etc.)
• Oversee lawn and pool service
• Airport Service (to/from Miami, Fort Lauderdale, Fort Myers)
• Contact person for your guests, family, friends, or renters, for check-in and check-out, assist with questions and problems, arrange for cleaning, airport service.
• Supervise any maintenance/repairs needed
• Secure property if desired, when hurricane is threatening (Hurricane season is from June 1st through November 30th.)

Additional Services
