Meet Our Team

Our team consists of industry experts with a wealth of experience in real estate development, sales, and management. Our president and CEO, David W. Nicklies, has over 30 years of experience in developing real estate, specializing in construction and development of retail, office, industrial, and residential properties. Jim Pope, our vice president, has over 50 years of experience in real estate sales, development, and consulting, with a deep understanding of local government agencies and zoning processes.

We also have Grant Nicklies, our vice president, who manages building projects, coordinates leasing, and oversees property management. Lee Koehler, our CFO, has been in the accounting field for nearly 25 years and oversees all financial reporting, cash management, tax return preparation, and human resources.

Shannon Harritt, our COO, has over 25 years of experience in real estate and property management, and J. Clifford Meredith, our maintenance technician, brings over 30 years of experience in firefighting and construction.

Irene McKiernan, our admin/accountant, has accounting experience in several industries, including residential and hospitality property management. Trevor Lankford, our senior accountant, has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting and Finance and has worked in tax accounting before joining Nicklies Development.
