Julie Dulaney, a licensed Associate Broker in Kentucky and Indiana, joined the company in 2005 and became a co-owner in 2008. She manages the agents and daily operations, ensuring that every client receives the highest level of service. Pierce Anderson, licensed as a Realtor in 2018 and an apprentice Auctioneer in KY, serves as our administrative assistant and Auction coordinator. Pierce's role is vital to the daily operations of the company.
