Unreliable Property Managers and Agents
The reviews highlight instances of poor service from property managers and real estate agents. Tim Hu, the property manager, failed to respond to phone calls and text messages despite claiming to be available. Jamie Kim, a real estate agent, was unresponsive, failed to keep her commitments, and was disorganized. Realty One Group West Office charged excessive fees without disclosing them to clients.
Lack of Professionalism and Disrespect
Some agents and property managers displayed a lack of professionalism and respect towards clients. Lance McHan visited a client's home without wearing a mask, despite signing a consent form stating he would. Francisco Lagunas was rude and arrogant during an appointment, insulting the client's agent.

Several reviews claim that agents and property managers engaged in unethical business practices. Realty One Group West Office charged clients excessive fees without disclosing them. Realtor Kristine M from Realty One Group was accused of not disclosing the need for a large upfront payment.
