Kinney Management Services (KMS) was established in 1983 to meet the growing demand for professional homeowner association consulting and management. With the increasing number of municipalities requiring associations for common amenity maintenance, the homeowner association industry experienced remarkable growth. KMS played a pivotal role in guiding builders and developers in forming, managing, and maintaining Valley associations during development and the turnover process to homeowner members.
Over the past three-and-a-half decades, KMS has earned a reputation for professionalism, integrity, and responsiveness. We now serve over three hundred communities of all sizes, from small Sun City condominiums to large Master Planned Communities with thousands of units. With our dedicated staff, KMS offers exceptional services tailored to the specific needs of individual communities. We take pride in fostering strong relationships between community members, the Board of Directors, and management. Our corporate headquarters are located in Tempe and Sun City, Arizona.

Meet the Team
*Joanne Osheel, Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer*: Joanne, with her extensive background in the homeowner association industry, oversees and ensures the quality, consistency, and accuracy of all management, administrative, and financial services at KMS. She is responsible for community managers' training and support, communication with potential clients, interaction with Board members, and supervision of accounting, administrative, and enforcement systems and procedures.
*Peri Swenson, Regional Operations Manager for the West Valley*: Peri, a West Valley native, is the KMS Regional Operations Manager for the West Valley, supervising all management and accounting services performed out of the Sun City office. She is a valuable resource for all KMS communities within the area. Her versatile background in various industries contributes significantly to her role at KMS.
