• CJ LeLievre, President/Broker, is the primary contact for property owners and new business. He shares day-to-day supervision and overall management of our inventory of properties.
• Leila Lujan, Past President/Broker Associate/Operations Manager, founded Performance Property Management in 2000 and has extensive experience in residential property management and real estate.
• Hope Costales, Resident-Client Accounting/Office Manager, takes care of daily tasks associated with maintaining our trust accounts and trust account records.
• Christina Torrez, Property Manager/Leasing Agent, is responsible for property showings, processing rental applications, and completing the move-in process.
• Veronica Placentia, Receptionist/Resident Services, provides administrative support and assists owners, residents, and vendors.
• Cindy Krumpelman, Director of Maintenance, brings over 15 years of property management experience to the team.
