Our team at Westco Property Management is led by Ken Warkentin, President of Westco Equities, Inc., and Dwayne Welch, Vice President of Finance. With over 40 years of experience in income property management, Ken Warkentin is a licensed real estate broker and general contractor, with participation in the sales and purchases of several thousands of apartment units in the greater Fresno/Clovis area. Dwayne Welch, Vice President of Finance, has over 30 years of accounting and management experience, with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration - Accounting Option.
