Pet Policy
We love pets too! Pet Policy: Pets are welcome upon approval, subject to canine breed restrictions. We have a limit of 2 pets per home. There is a non-refundable pet fee of $300 per pet. Monthly pet rent of $25 will be charged per pet. We are unable to allow the following dog breeds in the community, including Akita, American Staffordshire Terrier, Chow, Doberman, German Shepherd, Husky, Pit Bull, Presa Canario, Rottweiler, and Wolf Hybrid.
Floor Plans
We offer three spacious floor plans to choose from:
1. The Creekside: This 1-bedroom floor plan offers 665 square feet of living space, complete with a balcony or patio with sliding doors, dishwasher, range, refrigerator, and walk-in closets. Rent is $799 per month, with a deposit of $0.
2. The Lakefront: This 2-bedroom floor plan offers 900 square feet of living space, complete with a balcony or patio with sliding doors, dishwasher, range, refrigerator, and washer and dryer connections. Rent is $949 per month, with a deposit of $0.
3. The Oceanfront: This 2-bedroom floor plan offers 1015 square feet of living space, complete with a balcony or patio with sliding doors, dishwasher, range, refrigerator, and washer and dryer connections. Rent is $1049 per month, with a deposit of $0.
