KDC Properties, Inc. is led by Wesley Cain, a 43+ year veteran of the auction business and a graduate of the Missouri Auction School. Wesley is a member of the Alabama and National Auctioneers Associations, and has been selling real estate and personal property for over 42 years. His wife, Martha, serves as the office manager and cashier for all sales, and our team of 7 to 10 professionals work hard to ensure that every auction is a success.
