Our story began in 1973 when our founder, Ken Barber, established the company as one of the oldest independent real estate firms in the region. Our History

Our journey began when Ken Barber, a fighter pilot turned real estate enthusiast, and his partner, Bob Moore, set out to develop a piece of land in Monument, Colorado. With the help of a local banker, John Armstrong, they successfully launched their first subdivision, Arrowwood, which became a model for future projects. Over the years, Ken and his team developed and sold numerous subdivisions, including Wakonda Hills, Shamrock Hills, Kingswood, Canterbury, Pine Cone Acres, and many others.
