At Citadel West Management, our philosophy is that property management is not a matter of chance; it's a matter of choice. We believe that with well-designed systems, good training, and meticulous attention to detail, we can provide quality property management to our residents/tenants, accomplish the goals of our investors, and improve the quality of each property while decreasing operating costs and increasing value.

Company History
On December 1, 1992, Dunmire Property Management, Inc. purchased the assets and residential management contracts of Bruhn Investment Company. Bruhn was a well-established business with an excellent reputation. Crystal Dunmire, who was the General Property Manager, purchased the company when there were five properties consisting of 300 units remaining in a portfolio that once consisted of over 3,000 units in the Colorado Springs area.
Our team has managed up to 42 properties at any given time, ranging from 17 units up to 420 units and 500,000 square feet of office/medical and retail space. Our current portfolio consists of multi-family and commercial properties in Colorado Springs. All of the properties are "fee managed". Our forte has been managing "C" class properties that have been plagued with deferred maintenance and not been managed properly. It has been our biggest challenge offset by the highest rewards.

Crystal Dunmire acts as President and Broker of Citadel West Management. She has been in the property management industry for over 25 years and has a deep understanding of the needs of our clients. Her team consists of long-term, dedicated employees who share her passion for providing exceptional service to our residents and investors.

- Fairway View Bigger apartment than you get for the price at most places. Dog friendly, which is hard to find now. Jennifer went out of her way getting us into the apartment when we first moved back to Colorado Springs.
