Our journey began in 1975, when Frank Dell'Accio Sr. started a small real estate office, AA Realty, in a 350 square foot office space in Massapequa, NY. With the goal of providing the best possible customer service to the community, his sons, Frank and Vincent, soon joined him, and together, they worked tirelessly to build the business and provide exceptional services to their clients.

Our Story

In 1976, AA Realty joined the CENTURY 21 system, becoming the 8th office in the State of New York. As the business grew, the Dell'Accio family expanded their operations, opening a second location in Lindenhurst, on the corner of N. Wellwood Avenue and Straight Path. This strategic decision allowed them to tap into their hometown roots, putting the community first and building trust and rapport with their customers.
