Our Story

Westgate Apartments is the leader in providing a high quality lifestyle in the Charlottesville, VA area. We are proud to offer a wide range of services and amenities that cater to the needs of our residents. Our central location makes getting around town that much easier, with proximity to the University of Virginia, Trader Joe's, the IMAX theater, and many other shopping venues. We offer one, two, and three bedroom apartment options, as well as two bedroom townhomes equipped with fenced patios. Our resort-style pool, playground, and access to picnic areas with charcoal grills and beautifully landscaped common areas make for a comfortable living environment. For those who need temporary housing, we also offer short-term, fully furnished corporate units.

Our Team

At Westgate Apartments, we are dedicated to providing exceptional service to our residents. Our team includes Property Manager Brooke Thacker, who has been with Great Eastern Management Company since 2013. Brooke is a native of Charlottesville and is passionate about ensuring that every resident feels at home. Our team also includes Leasing Consultant Elizabeth Conover, who brings a wealth of knowledge and a love for painting and writing. Danielle Pendergrass, our newest member, brings a background in hairstyling and a passion for fitness and the outdoors. Lastly, we have Nina Jabar, our Leasing Consultant and Marketing Coordinator, who is studying Marketing and Business Administration. Each member of our team is dedicated to making your experience at Westgate Apartments unforgettable.
