About Our Properties
Our properties, Phase I, Phase II, and Phase III, offer a unique blend of history and modernity. Phase I, the original warehouse, houses 32 individually designed Flats, each with its own distinct character. Phase II features 32 Lofts & Flats and 1- and 2-bedroom homes in a four-story tower. Phase III, the final footprint of Norcross Station, completed in summer 2009, offers an additional 24 1- and 2-bedroom Lofts & Flats and amenities that complement Phase II's four-story tower.
