Problems and Issues
Several reviewers have had negative experiences with Walnut Ridge Apartments. Hannah Childress, who gave the apartment a 1-star rating, wrote that the apartment was dirty and poorly maintained when they moved in. The previous tenant's belongings were still in the apartment, and the walls had not been painted. The AC unit failed soon after they moved in, and the maintenance man took two tries to fix it. The reviewer also mentioned that the apartment's AC condensate line drains into the bathtub, which they found disgusting and possibly not up to code.
Chelsea Webster also gave the apartment a 1-star review and reported receiving a shady bill for water after moving out. Michelle Mccoy, who gave the apartment a 5-star review, did not mention any specific issues.
