Leadership

Our leadership team is comprised of experts in real estate development, finance, and management. Our Chairman and Chief Executive Officer, Conrad Cafritz, has over 40 years of experience in the real estate industry and has overseen the growth of Cafritz Interests into a diversified, full-service real estate development company. Under his leadership, our company has developed numerous notable projects, including the redevelopment of Washington Harbour in Georgetown, the first major commercial office development in Washington on a speculative basis after the real estate crash of 1990, and the repositioning of several office buildings and hotels.
