Development Management

Our development management services cater to a diverse range of clients, including nonprofits, educational institutions, libraries, and health and life science organizations. We oversee every critical phase of development, from due diligence and land acquisition to project feasibility, financing, and entitlements. Our expertise in multifamily, office, retail, and special-purpose real estate enables us to adeptly manage negotiations, liaise with local governments, and tackle the complexities of acquisition and finance.

Project Management

Our project management services cover all phases of development, from project feasibility to completion. We emphasize meticulous planning and execution, streamlining budget and schedule development, implementing cost control, and applying rigorous risk management to ensure timely, on-budget project delivery. Our oversight extends from design and preconstruction to construction period management, including cost control, QA/QC, and owner vendor coordination.

Our Portfolio

Our portfolio includes a range of projects, from mixed-use developments to multifamily residential properties, special-purpose projects, and more. Notable projects include The Kelvin, a 312-unit mixed-use project located near Nationals Park; Entwine, a 129-unit affordable senior community in historic Takoma; and the Martin Luther King, Jr. Memorial Library, a 450,000 SF historic renovation project for the DC Public Library System.
