Poor Experiences
Some residents, such as Suze Cary, have had negative experiences with the community. She was unable to move in due to not qualifying, despite paying an application fee and deposit. She has been repeatedly given the runaround and has not received a refund for her deposit. Lola McClane also had a disappointing experience, as she moved in after the community closed due to COVID-19 and was disappointed with the lack of attention to repairs and maintenance.
Concerns about Maintenance
Several residents have expressed concerns about the maintenance of the community. Debra Elrod notes that the apartments are dark, even with patio glass doors, and that the air conditioners run loudly outside the bedrooms. She also mentions that the floors creak and squeak, and that refrigerators make strange noises. Damon Curtis Jr and Gail both mention issues with maintenance, with Damon asking about the lighting on the walking trails and Gail complimenting the fast turnaround time for maintenance issues.
