The Silk & Stewart Development Group is a full-service, commercial real estate development company with a rich history of success. Founded in 1989 by Leonard Silk and Andrew Stewart, the company has developed over one million square feet of space for retailers and other commercial clients. Our focus is on customized commercial space, and our broad range of services includes analyzing and negotiating acquisitions, marketing and leasing, site and architectural planning, construction management, accounting and property management, and tenant relations.

With offices in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, Nashville, Tennessee, and Phoenix, Arizona, we have established a reputation for building long-term relationships with our partners - tenants, lenders, and investors. Our Principals

Our team of principals has extensive experience in the commercial real estate industry. Leonard Silk is a principal in our Pittsburgh office and has been in the private practice of law since 1976. Andrew Stewart is also a principal in our Pittsburgh office and has been involved in the development and management of real estate projects since 1984. Terry Stevens is the managing principal of our Nashville office and has over 29 years of experience in the real estate and construction business.
