Marketing & Advertising

Our marketing techniques are designed to fill a vacant unit as soon as possible. We will present available units in local multiple listing services, post availabilities throughout the internet, conduct open houses, and offer referral programs and move-in incentives (when appropriate).

Maintenance, Repairs, and Cleaning

We contract with top-of-the-line maintenance personnel for most repairs at competitive rates. Our company also coordinates post-tenancy cleaning services to clean the vacant unit before the next tenant occupies it.

Accounting and Financial Reporting

We provide a monthly income and expense statement using advanced computer software programs designed specifically for management purposes. The income statement will include all monies and rents collected, outgoing expenses, management fees, and final net income that should be forwarded to the trust account.
