Kip, a native of Minneapolis, brings over 35 years of experience in Santa Barbara's real estate industry. He embodies the values of dedication and integrity woven into the fabric of his upbringing. At Daketta Pacific, Kip leverages his extensive knowledge of the local market and his deep understanding of property management principles to guide the company's success. He holds key professional designations, including CPM (Certified Property Manager) and CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member), which reflect his commitment to professional excellence.
Kip's involvement extends beyond the realm of business. He is an active member of his church, generously supporting Young Life and other local youth-based charities. He finds fulfillment in mentoring and coaching the next generation of leaders. In his personal time, Kip enjoys the company of his wife Patty and their three children, Nicoletta, Gabriella, and Leyton. He also pursues his passions for physical fitness, specifically H.I.I.T. training with his F3 brethren, and savoring a well-crafted Montecristo No. 2.
Sep Wolf
Sep Wolf is a Santa Barbara resident who brings to the company a wealth of experience in construction management and real estate development. After a successful collegiate and professional soccer career in Germany, Sep pursued a career path that allowed him to combine his passion for building with his love for real estate. He honed his skills working at respected companies such as Becker Construction Corporation and Portland-Pacific, gaining valuable insight into the intricacies of the industry. He excels at identifying investment opportunities and overseeing their development with meticulous attention to detail. He utilizes his real estate broker's and contractor's licenses to guide Daketta Pacific's acquisitions and project management efforts, ensuring each project meets the highest standards of quality and efficiency.
Sep's dedication to his family is evident in his love for outdoor activities and travel, which he enjoys with his wife and three children. He is a certified Toastmaster, actively involved in coaching youth sports, including AYSO soccer and YMCA programs, demonstrating his commitment to nurturing the community.
