We offer two types of property management services for landlords: full-service management or tenant placement only. Our full-service management includes tenant placement, move-in and move-out reports, and providing the best services for quick repairs when needed. Our tenant placement service includes credit reports, rental history and eviction history, verification of employment and income, criminal background investigation (Florida), and sexual predator search.
We also offer full-service sales for property owners and tenants alike. Whether you're a property owner ready to sell or a tenant ready to buy, we can help. We can provide lenders, insurance companies, inspectors, and everyone needed to sell or buy with the bumps in the road.
