• Arvid Povilaitis, Chief Operating Officer: As our COO, Arvid is responsible for the day-to-day operations of our company. With over 30 years of experience in the industry, Arvid has a deep understanding of the commercial real estate market.
• Mark Spotts, Chief Financial Officer: With over 17 years of experience in accounting and finance, Mark is responsible for the financial management of our company.
• Susan MacHolda, Chief Human Resources Officer: With over 35 years of experience in human resources, Susan is responsible for the development and implementation of our HR strategies.
• Keith Baker, Executive Vice President and General Counsel: With over 37 years of real estate and business law experience, Keith provides legal counsel and oversees the company's legal affairs.
