Our team is comprised of seasoned professionals with a wealth of experience in commercial real estate. Our Partner, Daniel Kurkowski, brings a unique perspective to the team, having a background in problem-solving and community-building. As Partner, CEO, and Director of Operations, Daniel oversees the overall strategy and direction of the company. He is joined by Partner, CFO, and General Counsel Brad Heitzinger, who brings a deep understanding of real estate and tax law to the firm. Our Vice President of Brokerage, Andrei Bortnov, has extensive experience in both leasing and sales transactions, while our Associates Ethan Finger and Sam Carter bring a fresh perspective and a deep understanding of the local market. Finally, our Associate Niel Patel, CCIM, brings a unique perspective as a gas station owner and broker, with a focus on industrial and retail property sales.
