Our Chief Strategy Officer, Raymond Duquette, has been involved in the mortgage industry for over two decades and has been a key player in shaping Semper's strategy and direction. Raymond is a proud father of three and enjoys spending time with his family, playing golf, and collecting shoes.
Our Chief Compliance Officer, Michael Securo, has over 20 years of experience in the mortgage industry and has been dedicated to helping people achieve their dream of homeownership. As an Air Force veteran, Michael is proud to be part of an organization that supports veterans through VA loan options and sponsorship efforts. When not working, he enjoys spending time with his family, playing guitar, and tending to his garden.
Our Chief Information Officer, Robert World, has over 15 years of experience in IT leadership and is responsible for guiding the development of innovative and secure technology solutions.
