Our Leadership

Our leadership team is comprised of experienced professionals who have dedicated their careers to innovation and customer-centricity. Our President, Matthew Sullivan, has nearly two decades of experience in the mortgage industry and founded Semper Home Loans in 2005. Matthew is driven by his entrepreneurial spirit and commitment to innovative products and services. When not working, he enjoys spending time with his family and playing golf.

Our Chief Strategy Officer, Raymond Duquette, has been involved in the mortgage industry for over two decades and has been a key player in shaping Semper's strategy and direction. Raymond is a proud father of three and enjoys spending time with his family, playing golf, and collecting shoes.

Our Chief Compliance Officer, Michael Securo, has over 20 years of experience in the mortgage industry and has been dedicated to helping people achieve their dream of homeownership. As an Air Force veteran, Michael is proud to be part of an organization that supports veterans through VA loan options and sponsorship efforts. When not working, he enjoys spending time with his family, playing guitar, and tending to his garden.

Our Chief Information Officer, Robert World, has over 15 years of experience in IT leadership and is responsible for guiding the development of innovative and secure technology solutions. Robert is passionate about using technology to make a positive impact and believes that IT can be a powerful enabler of business success. In his free time, he enjoys sharing his insights on optimizing business results through technology.
