We offer a range of stylish and spacious one, two, and three-bedroom apartments, each one uniquely designed to provide a comfortable and functional living space. From exposed brick walls to original hardwood floors, every detail has been considered to create a truly unique and inviting environment. Our residents can enjoy the convenience of high-speed internet, included in their rent, as well as a range of energy-efficient appliances, high ceilings, and large windows allowing for an abundance of natural light.

Our Building

Built in 1904, the six-story Irons & Russell building was once home to a pin and charm manufacturer. After extensive historical renovation, led by Durkee, Brown, Viveiros & Werenfels Architects, our building boasts stunning original details, including an ornate birdcage elevator, stairwell subway tiles, and terrazzo tile floors. Whether you're relaxing in your spacious apartment or exploring the surrounding neighborhood, you'll appreciate the charm and character of our historic building.

Our Neighborhood

Situated in the heart of Providence's Jewelry District, 95 Lofts is surrounded by all the amenities and attractions you'd want. Steps away from coffee shops, restaurants, and bars, you'll never go hungry or thirsty. With Yale University, Brown University Alpert School of Medicine, and Lifespan Medical Center within walking distance, you'll have access to top-notch healthcare and education. Plus, with bike-friendly streets and public transportation options nearby, getting around is easy and convenient.

Our Policies

At 95 Lofts, we strive to create a welcoming and respectful living environment. Our pet-friendly policy allows for cats and dogs weighing under 45 pounds, and we welcome friendly pets at a non-refundable one-time fee. Please note that some breed restrictions apply, and pets must meet certain health and age requirements. Our property also offers surface parking spots for an additional monthly fee, with nearby third-party parking options available.

As a valued resident, we ask that you respect your neighbors and adhere to our community policies. Any instances of harassment, disorderly conduct, or repeated noise disturbances will not be tolerated. We evaluate all applicants equally based on verification of adequate income, credit, and criminal background.

Lease Terms
