• Everest Strategic Initiatives: We seek out development and investment opportunities that cater to the growing demand for workers who earn at or near median incomes. Our value-add and income strategies focus on investing in premier apartment communities. Additionally, we invest in Class A and B office and flex assets that offer value-add potential. We also acquire and entitle land in major growth markets, providing development services to builders to facilitate new lot construction.
• Everest Financial Services: Our financial services group provides first-position, mezzanine, and preferred equity financing to owners, purchasers, and developers of real estate.

• Ed DePinto: As VP of Land Development, Ed leads our land acquisition and entitlement efforts.
• Brian Mooney: Brian is the Vice President of Financial Operations, responsible for managing our financial operations and accounting.
• Suzanne Propoggio: Suzanne is a Principal who specializes in identifying new investment opportunities.
• Bill Gosnell: Bill leads our Office & Industrial Properties division, responsible for managing our investment portfolio in this space.
