Our Story

Founded in 1991 in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania, our company has evolved over the years through strategic acquisitions and sales of select assets. Our portfolio has grown to include properties in Pennsylvania, Maryland, Florida, and Texas. From its headquarters in Boca Raton, Florida, we manage and maintain our properties with the highest level of professionalism and integrity.

Our Team

We are proud to have an experienced and skilled team of professionals who possess a deep understanding of the real estate industry. Our leadership team includes:

Martin Grass, Managing Partner, with a background in business acumen and management skills. He is a graduate of the University of Pennsylvania and holds an MBA from Cornell.
Kevin L. Brown, CPA, Partner, with expertise in acquisitions, sales, leasing, due diligence, entitlement, construction, and management. He is a graduate of Franklin & Marshall College and has been a licensed CPA since 1985.
Heidi Murphy, Property Manager, with primary responsibility for day-to-day bookkeeping, internal accounting, budgeting, vendor relations, and general property management.
