Pet Policy
At San Marco, we understand the importance of including your furry friends in your new home. We proudly accept up to two pets per apartment home, with a monthly pet rent of $20 per pet. There is a $600 non-refundable pet fee for one pet, and $1,000 for two pets. Please note that breed restrictions do apply.
