We offer an onsite pool for residents to enjoy, along with a pool house that is available for rental for all of our residents to host events. Our community is located less than a mile from a large shopping plaza, providing easy access to a supermarket, restaurants, gas stations, pharmacies, and a hardware store.
In addition, for residents who need extra storage space, we offer one car garage units for rent monthly. Our garage units are conveniently located in the middle of the parking lot, right outside of the apartment buildings.
We are proud to be a pet-friendly community in certain designated apartments and buildings. We welcome pets that are less than 50lbs, vaccinated, and non-aggressive. We require a non-refundable pet deposit and a $30 per month fee for all pets.
