With over 35 years of real estate experience, Kevin has a deep understanding of the commercial real estate market and is dedicated to providing exceptional service to his clients.
Mandy Kelly-Bol
Mandy, Broker/Owner, is a long-time broker and office administrator. She provides brokerage, brokerage assistance, and oversees marketing, operations, bookkeeping, leasing, and sales, as well as administration and customer service. With 25 years of experience in real estate, Mandy is well-versed in all aspects of commercial real estate transactions.
Stan Mithoefer
Stan, Broker Associate, is a long-time real estate investor and is dedicated to commercial and farm real estate transactions. He has extensive experience in Campus/Student Multi-Family Housing transactions and formerly worked as the director of real estate for Purdue Research Foundation. Our team is actively involved in various community activities and organizations. Kevin Bol is a level III property tax consultant, and he is also a board member of the Greater Lafayette Honor Flight. He is a member of the Greater Lafayette Chamber of Commerce, Lafayette Regional Association of REALTORS, and the Indiana and National Association of REALTORS. Stan Mithoefer is the treasurer and a board member of the Purdue Agricultural Alumni Association and is also a member of the Lafayette Rotary Club and the Indiana and National Association of Realtors.
