From a young age, Founder and Builder Mark Boven developed a passion for building. Guided by his father's mentorship, he honed his skills and obtained his builder's license in 1984. Motivated to combine his expertise with integrity and values, Mark established Mark Boven Builder in 1987.
Over the years, his vision expanded, leading to the founding of Vineyard Homes in 2001. Inspired by the beauty and potential of his 35-acre grape vineyard, he opted for the name "Vineyard Homes, " reflecting his connection to the land and his Christian faith.
