Rose Hill Apartments is one of the first garden-style apartment communities established in East Goshen Township, with the first buildings completed in 1965. By 1975, Rose Hill was completed with an additional 68 apartments and a convenience center that includes Sabatino's Pizzeria Grill and Restaurant, Salon West Endz, Local Color Tattoos and Holly's Nail Salon.
