Poor Maintenance and Lack of Accountability
Several reviewers have experienced issues with the maintenance and response to emergencies at this property. Author Maria Camila had to call the fire department to shut off the water due to a leak, while Author Betty Henley reported emergencies going unanswered and a water heater leak left unattended. The lack of prompt response to maintenance requests is a recurring theme.
Unscrupulous Management
Authors Mason Medina and Jesse Schippers have had negative interactions with the property management team. Medina claims to have been promised flexibility with his lease terms due to his financial circumstances, but was later garnished for additional months. Schippers has had issues with the property manager's honesty and responsiveness.
