Our Services

For renters, we provide access to a variety of apartments, including studios, one-bedroom, and two-bedroom units in several locations. Our Properties

Our portfolio includes several properties, each with its own character and advantages. From the Graylynn Apartments with their original pine wood flooring and crown moulding, to the Victoria Canyon Apartments featuring a swimming pool and new vinyl flooring, we have something for every taste and budget. Our D-Street Apartments offer a mix of history and modern amenities, while the Vantana Courtyard Townhomes provide a unique blend of apartment and townhome living.

Rental Criteria

To ensure a smooth renting process, we have established certain criteria. Prospective tenants must have a minimum of 3x the monthly rent in savings, a minimum credit score of 650, and no history of evictions or open bankruptcies. Our Team

Our team is dedicated to providing exceptional service. Dale Longhurst, our Principle Broker, is your primary contact for buying, selling, or any financial aspects of property ownership. Tim Ferguson, Director of Operations, oversees daily operations and ensures that owner goals are balanced with tenant relations. Laura Harenberg handles all bookkeeping questions, while Nav Kaur manages the execution of daily operations. Molly Ostler and Cassidy, our property managers, are the first points of contact for resident satisfaction in their respective property groups.
