Issues with Rent Payment and Customer Service
Ttvelean Yt and Cherokee Deering had issues with paying rent and customer service. Ttvelean Yt had problems with the payment process, and the management team did not help resolve the issue. Cherokee Deering couldn't even get a response from the apartment complex, let alone get questions answered.
Discrimination and Lack of Transparency
Ki'Era Davis felt discriminated against during an apartment tour, and Miriam Alvarez experienced rudeness from the staff when inquiring about an apartment. Mail & Copies mentioned that the apartment complex lied about the condition of the apartments, and there was trash everywhere.
Maintenance Issues
Several residents, including Everything Beyou, Tiuana Simmons, and Kia Antoinette, had issues with maintenance. Tiuana Simmons had four work orders pending since May that were not addressed, and there were problems with mold and bugs. Kia Antoinette had a persistent issue with water running in the bathroom for months.
Positive Reviews
On the other hand, LaTandria Scott, Darline Banos, and Relaxing Rain Sounds had positive experiences living at the apartment complex. They appreciated the spacious and affordable units, the understanding staff, and the convenient location.
