Noise and Neighbor Issues

Residents reported thin walls, allowing for excessive noise from neighbors, including loud music, yelling, and banging. Some neighbors were evicted, but new ones brought new noise disturbances.

Cockroach and Rodent Infestations

Several residents reported severe cockroach and rodent infestations, making their living experiences unbearable.

Parking Issues

Residents and guests had issues with parking, including towing of cars, limited parking spots, and having to pay $75 per month for a parking pass.

Other Issues

Residents reported stolen packages due to lack of security cameras, poorly maintained blinds, and long walks to reserved parking spots.
