Pet-Friendly Community
At Summer Place Apartments, we welcome pets and understand the special place they hold in your heart. Our pet-friendly community allows cats and dogs, with a maximum of two pets per apartment. A $500 additional deposit per pet is required, along with a pet screening profile and DNA fees/samples for dogs. Pet rent is $50 for one or two pets.
