Poor Customer Service
Many reviewers expressed dissatisfaction with the service provided by Pasch Companies. According to Debbie Rhoads, Tim, the company owner, is only concerned with making money and doesn't care about customers after the sale. Bruce Henry and Veronica Segarra also reported poor communication and deceptive business practices. Nick Turco had a terrible experience with Tim's rudeness and unprofessionalism.
Low-Quality Properties
The Paddock 55+ development was criticized for being built on a hill, making it difficult for older adults to navigate. SciFiGirl noted that it's not suitable for those over 5'5" due to low ceilings and narrow doorways. Jade R. described Lincoln Pines as "livable not luxury" with poorly maintained properties.
Lack of Transparency
Multiple reviewers criticized Pasch Companies for changing prices without notice. Veronica Segarra was charged more than the initial quoted price, and Bruce Henry's family was forced to pay extra for a new roof. Elizabeth White's family was given just 30 days to vacate after false claims about their children.
