The Realtors Association of York & Adams Counties (RAYAC) is a trade association that has been serving the real estate industry in York and Adams Counties for over 90 years. Our mission is to be the advocate for real property rights, promote high standards of professionalism and support the success of our members. With a membership of over 1,100 REALTOR and Affiliate members, RAYAC is one of the largest and most respected real estate associations in the state of Pennsylvania.

Community Involvement

RAYAC is committed to giving back to the communities we serve. Our members are actively involved in a variety of charitable initiatives and community projects throughout the year. From hosting fundraising events to participating in local parades and festivals, our members are proud to be part of the fabric of the communities we serve.

Our Foundation

The RAYAC Foundation is a non-profit organization that was established to support housing-related nonprofit organizations in York and Adams Counties. Through the Foundation, we award grants to organizations that provide housing and housing-related services to those in need. In 2016, the Foundation presented over $40,000 to 16 local charities to support much-needed upgrades to domestic violence shelters, crisis nurseries, and children's homes.

Our History

The Realtors Association of York & Adams Counties has a rich and storied history that spans over 90 years. From our humble beginnings in 1923 as the original charter of the York County Board of Realtors to our current status as one of the largest and most respected real estate associations in the state of Pennsylvania.
