We work closely with our affiliates, Lymac Construction Company, L.L.C. and Lymac, L.L.C., to develop and build operated properties that cater to the specific needs of our residents.

Poor Management and Service
The reviewed properties have been plagued by poor management, lack of professionalism, and unresponsive staff. Tenants have reported frequent and unannounced inspections, constant noise, and maintenance issues that are not addressed in a timely manner. Some apartments have been found to have mold, mildew, and pest infestations, which has led to health concerns and discomfort for the residents.
