Poor Customer Service Experience

The reviewer, a prospective tenant, had a disappointing experience at Cottage Cove Apartments. They had scheduled an appointment for 10:00 a.m. but had to reschedule due to unforeseen circumstances. Despite leaving two voicemails, they did not receive a call back, and when they arrived at the office, they were met with an unprofessional and unhelpful staff.
